Daily Schedule: Arrival Day

Name of the activity: "Getting to know each other" games and getting into the topic

Scope: Facilitates the first contact between the organizers and participants, between the participants and also informing them about logistical issues

Result: Developing the intercultural dialogue, presenting logistical aspects

At their arrival, the participants were welcomed to the venue and given the keys to their rooms.
The rooming was done in such a way to encourage the intercultural diversity, so each participant shared the room with another participant of a different nationality.
After the dinner, the youngsters had the chance to get to know the others through some name games.
